MetaCaseDesk Deployment Options
MetaCaseDesk is available with on-premise deployment and on MetaOption cloud. Its on-premise deployment is available for businesses running on Microsoft SharePoint server 2010 and 2013, and it comes with cross AD (Active Directory) authentication. Whereas, MetaOption cloud is available for businesses running on non-SharePoint environment. Here, businesses using Office 365 can access it with their existing set of login credentials.
- • SharePoint On-Premise Deployment
MetaCaseDesk is compatible with Microsoft Sharepoint server 2010 and 2013. Businesses using any of these two servers, can select on-premise deployment option.
- • MetaOption Cloud
Businesse not running on SharePoint environment can opt the MetaOption cloud.This is also available for businesses using Office 365.
